Courts and industrial arbitration panels should also prioritize timely and effective enforcement of reinstatement orders. Reinstatement is a vital remedy for unfairly dismissed employees in Nigeria's private sector. While challenges exist, adherence to fair labor practices, effective legal frameworks, and best practices can promote successful reinstatement outcomes.
