This journal is a collaborative publication between the Faculty of Law, Rivers State University, Nigeria; Eduardo Mondlane University, Mozambique; and the University of Uyo, Nigeria, reflecting a pan-African commitment to fostering comparative and contextually relevant legal research. This Volume 1, Issue 2, of the International Journal of Labour and Gender Rights Law continues to consolidate the journal’s reputation as a platform for rigorous and multidisciplinary engagement with the intersection of law, gender, labour, and social justice. It presents twelve intellectually stimulating articles that traverse diverse, yet interconnected, themes, each interrogating the evolving dynamics of justice, equality, governance, and institutional accountability within Nigeria and beyond.
